White Crested Black Polish are a unique variety with a dramatic difference between their white crest color and the solid black color of their remaining plumage. The most striking characteristics of the Polish fowl are the large protuberance or knobs on top of the skull, from which the crest of feathers grow and their large cavernous nostrils.
